Software Assurance is a subscription-based VIP support package. If the Software Assurance is applied to your license, you are entitled to best possible support for the license in question.
You are entitled to request help through our VIP contact form which is unlocked within this page as soon as you purchase a Software Assurance subscription. We take priority on the cases submitted by You answering them before any other tickets received by none subscription users.
You are entitled to a direct line to our senior support staff. You will be provided with the VIP phone number and subscription ID. Your phone calls will go directly to our senior support members who are more experienced so you're sure you're getting the best possible support.
